Most items on pearlsandall.com are made as they are ordered, and this means it may take up to two weeks to receive your order. You are assured your jewelry will be a unique piece to cherish in your collection.

Where it concerns quality control : Every item is inspected, graded and properly packaged before shipping . 

Return/Refund Policy

We will offer a 15-day return policy on merchandise that is brand new, unworn with tags attached. The customer has to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number within 5 days of receiving the merchandise. a 10% restocking fee will be charged on any returns. The return must be received by us within 15 days of the original delivery date to the customer or a 20% restocking fee will be charged.  After that time, exchanges only will be permitted or merchandise credit given, shipping both ways for all returns or exchanges are payed by the customer.

NOTICE! Do not return any item without first contacting pearlsandall.com and requesting a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION. Only items that are shipped with delivery confirmation or some type of shipping tracking number will be permitted.

In order to begin a return, use our EMAIL FORM to notify us of the return and the reason for the return and await a prompt response from one of our representatives. 

Any jewelry that has been modified from its original condition will not be accepted for return or exchanges. No jewelry that has been worn will be accepted for return or exchange.

Force Majeure

Events outside pearlsandall's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that pearlsandall is released from pearlsandall's obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

Payment

All products remain pearlsandall's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from pearlsandall.

All transfers conducted through pearlsandall are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway choosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
